Tip of
the Day
Spanish 21
This somewhat crazy version of blackjack can be
played at several online casinos now. Here are a few rules and special
payoffs you can look forward to when playing it:
Unlike regular blackjack, the player's blackjack
beats the dealer's and it still pays off like regular blackjack even. Also, your
21 (non blackjack) will beat the dealer's 21 too.
You can double down on any number of cards when
playing Spanish 21.
You can split pairs - even aces - up to 4 times.
Your split hand can even hit and doubled on two more cards should you get the
chance.
If you do not like your doubled down hand, you can
take back the doubled portion of your wager and give up the beginning wager if
you want to. You cannot do this on busted hands though.
There are many bonus payoffs involved with this
online gambling gem too. You can even surrender late. The dealer even
usually hits off a 17!
The only thing we need to warn is that this game is
played with (usually six) Spanish decks or pack that contain a different line up
of face cards.
