Keno Tips
Right off the bat, you should
know that keno is most definitely a game of luck. We have
provided a few simple guidelines to help you steer away from
making poor decisions while playing this highly entertaining
game.
- If a number does not
show during the draw, it does not mean that it is likely to
show the next time. Just like the roulette wheel, no
particular number is more likely to show more than another.
Each draw has the same numbers drawn from the same container
or cage and they have the same odds of being randomly
selected.
- Also there isn't any
certain combination of numbers that are more likely to show
in the draw that will make you win. For example, the
combination 8,9,10,11,12 is just as likely to show in
the draw as 8,18,34,69,80 are. The first combination is just
as likely to show as the second combination, even though you
might think the first combination seems special because it
is in numerical order. This makes no difference what so
ever.
- You should keep your
numbers the same no matter what they are until you win large
with them. You will most certainly come out ahead at least
one time. Because the odds of hitting any particular
combination are the same, if you play the same numbers you
increase the odds of hitting them.
- Also, when playing
online, try to get a sense or feel of the game before
actually playing. For this game, online computer software
cannot completely simulate the true randomness of the
machine or ball-hopper used in casinos. A computer uses
different technology to determine or imitate random number
selections, so online, if you play your numbers in patterns
rather than spreading them out can sometimes work in your
favor.
