Super Bowl XXXIX Betting to Set Records at BetWWTS.com

January 28

The Super Bowl is one of the most watched sporting events in the world. It is also known to be the  biggest betting day of the year. Over 140 million people watched last year's game and a majority of those watching were betting on the outcome.

Now that online gambling now the favorite way to bet on the Super Bowl, leading offshore gaming company BetWWTS.com declared that it expects to take more bets on Super Bowl XXXIX than on any game in the company's twelve-year history.

From last year's Superbowl,  the 152 land-based sports books in Nevada took $81.2 million in bets on the game. Showing the rising popularity and acceptance of online gambling, industry guesstimates put the total number of Super Bowl bets taken at online sports books to be nearly $400 million. Alone, BetWWTS.com took over $1.5 million in bets on the Super Bowl.
