Online Gambling and Blackjack

Many people enjoy online gambling and when they choose to do so they usually pick a game that they are familiar with in the B&M casinos. Some things like slot machines are pretty much the same no matter where you play them, but other games such as blackjack take a little more finesse to play online correctly.

There are many bad strategies that many players choose to work from, and many times it is the novice player that tries them but ends up failing in the end. One pretty popular thing to do is work on the �never bust� strategy. Players will sit on a hard 12 or higher in hopes hat the dealer will bust. This does not happen very often, and these players end up losing money.

Another popular way of playing is to simply watch what the dealer is doing and then do the same. They �mimic the dealer� and whatever they do, the player does the same thing. However, since dealers never double down you will end up losing quite a large portion of the pot. Dealers never split either, so you need to know your blackjack rules instead of simply playing monkey see, monkey do with your money.

Another good one is playing as if the dealer has a ten all of the time. This will simply make you lose more than 2/3rds of the time as that is all the time that the dealer will have the ten. Or sometimes you play as though the ace is always a one instead of an eleven. This will also give you a disadvantage as you could pull another card from the stack that will increase the number that you have, instead of playing it safe.

The whole idea is to win money, not just make sure that you don�t lose a lot. You are going to lose some money, but if you play the above strategies you are going to lose a whole lot more.
