Canada Embracing Latest Online Gambling Trend

It would seem that online sports books are the latest and most popular trend among online gambling Canadians. For a country where online gambling was not really embraced for a long time, it is quite a change of pace.

Some online gambling companies have been around for a while, catering to our northern neighbors, but since Canadians have recently become very attune to the industry, those numbers have increased. Those companies that have been there, like Gambling911.com, are now finding that they have a whole lot of competition now.

Now online sports book operators and poker rooms are both looking to make Canada their new home, and residents are eating it up. Now this is not to say that there haven�t been sports books in the country this whole time, but they have simply exploded due to increased interest. Canadians are big on their sports, and now they are big on betting on them.

They are betting on everything from the NFL to the NBA, to Golf and of course, Hockey. This is not to say that Gambling911 is being pushed out of the fold. They have their SportingBet.com site that they have embraced and are using to gain a whole new niche within the online gambling market in Canada.

The company was �skeptical� that the teaming would work out, but they say that they have been pleasantly surprised to find that it is working out better than they could have imagined.
