Online
Gambling
Won’t
Win
Unless
You
Fight
December
30,
2007
The
European
online
gambling
operators
will
not
be
able
to
win
the
fight
to
get
online
gambling
licensing
in
the
US
unless
they
fight
the
US
for
the
right
to
participate.
It
is
as
simple
as
that.
Instead,
they
are
rolling
over
and
playing
dead,
when
they
should
be
challenging
the
US
on
their
online
gambling
law.
The
tiny
country
of
Antigua
has
gotten
more
accomplished
than
all
of
those
larger
countries
because
they
chose
to
fight
for
their
online
gambling
rights.
While
Antigua
was
winning
their
online
gambling
battle,
the
European
Union
was
supposedly
winning
theirs
as
well.
However,
while
the
rest
of
Europe
sat
back
and
waited
to
see
what
they
would
do
they
lost
an
opportunity
to
either
get
online
gambling
legalized
again,
or
to
be
compensated
for
it.
Instead,
they
are
going
to
have
to
fight
each
other
for
the
online
gambling
that
is
left
outside
of
the
US,
and
with
countries
like
Germany
shutting
them
out
as
well,
there
won’t
be
much
left.
They
have
to
stand
up
for
themselves
or
they
won’t
get
anywhere,
as
they
saw
last
week.
It
is
obvious
to
everyone
except
them
that
they
have
to
fight
harder
if
they
want
online
gambling.
Last
October
they
had
the
opportunity
to
watch
Edward
Leyden
of
iMEGA.org’s
speech,
which
was
in
regards
to
how
the
online
gambling
ban
affected
the
European
nations;
however,
they
left
the
room
instead.
With
the
European
nations
not
fighting
for
their
online
gambling
rights,
it
makes
it
harder
for
those
that
are
fighting
to
keep
fighting.
They
need
to
fight
together
in
order
to
win,
but
with
the
indifference
that
they
keep
showing,
they
can
pretty
much
count
on
staying
out
of
US’s
online
gambling
borders
for
a
very
long
time.
