The online gambling firm Ladbrokes is pleased to be able to announce that they are going online with their online gambling site in Italy next year. They say that they expect their poker site to go first, and then they will launch their online casino and bingo games shortly thereafter. The move has taken some time for them to bring to fruition, and it is something they have been working on. They could not be more thrilled with the expansion that they are about to undertake.
The online gambling company is one of the first to really make that move into Italy. They have been attempting to be one of the initial companies to come in, and as soon as Italy made the announcement that they would be allowing them in they were quick to jump on the opportunity. The online gambling company says that they are “committed” in their expansion across Europe and this is one more way for them to make that dream a reality.
They believe that with Italy being such “an excellent regulated market opportunity” that this will help them immensely with their expansion and with this move they will be able to work on launching their cash games in poker. They are positive that it will only grow from there. Even with France talking about allowing online gambling firms to come in, Italy still remains their best bet for the move forward.
They say that cash poker is bound to be a huge success for them over there and that once they bring in the online casino games and bingo it will grow from there. They had been on the right track when they won licenses in 2007, but then ended up selling those licenses as they said they were having problems with competition and illegal operators. One can only assume that those problems were resolved.
