Mirage announces credit card reward program

Today MGM Mirage unveiled a new credit
card reward program that allows the card holder to use
points accrued at the company's casino and resorts.
Officials say that participants won't be
able to use these earned points for gambling purposes but
card holders will be allowed to use them at their hotels,
shops, and restaurants.
With the rising amount of non-gambling
entertainment such as live shows which now rival gambling
revenue, MGM Mirage is certain that this new program is sure
to appeal non-gambling customers as well as gambling
customers.
MGM Mirage is partnering with Bank One to
make the cards available. This makes MGM Mirage somewhere
around the third US gambling company to initiate such a
credit card reward program.
