Online Gambling Bill of Rights

There are those that think that there should be a kind of online gambling Bill of Rights for the industry – as they see that the legalization of it might turn out to be a kind of government controlled industry. They are concerned that online gambling will become what the government wants it to be and nothing more.
 
Much of this concern comes from the fact that there are so many countries that have too much control over online gambling. They look at China that is going so far as to not only make it illegal in the country but they have also blocked it from all computers that are sold to their residents. Then there is those countries that have created various rules and taxes for their online gambling companies, so that they are taking a large chunk of their profits.
 
The online gambling community wants to protect their rights as a separate industry from the government and at the same time they want to protect those that choose to gamble with them. They know that those that choose to participate in online gambling are already hesitant about whom they give their money to and they want to protect them and assure them that they are legal.
 
They say that if there is a kind of Bill of Rights for the online gambling industry that would protect both the industry and those that participate in it, it would make everyone feel better. The online gambling industry would not have to worry about being taken over by the government and the people playing would not have to worry about being taken advantage of.
