Bodog Still Getting Bigger

When you say the name Bodog is conjures up images of debauchery and online gambling all in one breath. They are definitely the powerhouse as well as the darling of the online gambling industry, and everything they do is well attended so that other online casinos can take note and copy it for themselves. If there was to be a ring leader of the online gambling community – you could easily say it was Bodog.
 
But now they have decided that they are going global. Their sports booking has been one of the biggest names in the US for years, but they have decided that they want to get bigger and better – and they are moving on to other countries. They are first heading out to conquer Europe and they expect that it will only be the first.
 
Managing Director Keith McDonnell is the head of Bodog Europe and he says that they handle both Europe and Canada. He thinks that they start with the basic Bodog name, but he is sure that the online gambling company is soon going to need a name for all of their other sites that will be spread across Europe.
 
Each online gambling site will be specific to the region that it is in, and their software – the geo-IP location technology – helps with that. When a player logs in they will automatically be taken to the online gambling site that is specific to their IP address. They have it working now in several locations and they say that as they move across Europe they will add more locations and thus more online gambling casinos.
