Legal Online Gambling

Is it legal to participate in online gambling if you don�t actually lose any money? That is the question that many are asking themselves with a new online gambling site that not only gives you money to play with, but also let�s you keep your winnings.

The online gambling site is called Centsports.com and is gaining quite a little following. The site is operated on the principal that you cannot lose. Seriously. If you lose, you simply get more money. What?!

The site was started by Victor Palmer of Texas. You sign up and he gives you ten cents in your account. You play that money until it is gone and then he refills your account. This goes on and on until you win.

If you win, once you get $20 in your account, you can cash out for half of the amount. So you will get an actual check in the mail for $10. You can also earn money by turning other people onto the site, and then you get 5% of their winnings as well.

Palmer is somewhat of an oddity himself. He is only 26 years old, and began college at Lubbock Christian Academy when he was 11 years old. He graduated with a BS in mathematics when he was 16 years old. After that he got his Masters in Physics at Texas Tech University and in 2006 received a Ph.D. in computer science from Texas A&M.
