There are specialty boutiques, and grocery stores, etc. and there are also online gambling sites that do the same thing. These online gambling sites have catered to the upper class clientele for a long time, but now it seems as if they have discovered that this may not be the smartest thing in this economy. As the economy has worsened, the number of people that have been frequenting these upper scale online gambling sites have declined. This leaves them with a very specific groove but no one to put in it. That is why we have seen many of these online gambling sites changing the way they do business in this declining economy. Many of these exclusive and privileged online gamblers are no longer in a position to take advantage of the perks, so these exclusive sites are now offering their wares to the more budget conscious player instead. They know that if they alienate those that will ultimately be the ones that are continuing to participate in online gambling, then they will end up with no clients at all, or at least not enough to be able to continue to keep their doors open. They are changing the look of their online gambling sites, as well as the various requirements, and are focusing on the more frugal of their players. They are placing minimum limits much lower, and are changing their higher denomination slot machines for those that are penny and nickel denominations instead. This makes them much more accessible to another clientele, and enables them to keep functioning in this day and age. Back to March 09 Archive. |
