Two slot
machine
cheaters
are
banned
from
Atlantic
City
May 22
Here is
a great
example
of why
it is
never a
good
idea to
cheat.
Whether
you are
an
online
casinos
fane or
land
casino
player,
this
story
will be
interesting
to you.
In
Atlantic City, the news is that two slot cheats are officially
being
added to
the
Atlantic City
exclusion
list for
casino
players.
An
article
in the
newspaper,
the
Press of
Atlantic
City
states
that two
of
America’s
most
infamous
slot
machine
cheats
will no
longer
be
permitted
in any
of
Atlantic
City's
twelve
casinos.
This new
ban on
the two
casino
players
comes
after
parallel
action
was
taken in
Las
Vegas
about
two
years
ago for
the same
players.
Last
Wednesday,
New Jersey
gaming
regulators
voted to
exclude
the two
slot
cheaters
from
ever
being
able to
visit
Atlantic
City’s
casinos
ever
again.
This ban
not only
includes
playing
casino
games at
any of
the
city’s
casinos,
but it
also
includes
even
steeping
onto the
casino
properties,
too.
Many
online
casinos
players
that
read
this
article
would
probably
guess
that the
two
players
been
banned
from the
casinos
are
middle
ages or
younger.
Not so,
the two
players
that
have
been
placed
on the
exclusion
list are
in fact
much
older.
The two
men,
Dennis
McAndrew,
64, and
Eugene
Bulgarino,
72, are
now the
latest
two
people
to
officially
be
placed
on the
New
Jersey
gaming
exclusion
list.
The
actual
list of
excluded
casino
players
and
cheats
is a
genuine
section
of
dishonest
casino
game
players
and
mobsters.
It is
the New
Jersey
casino
industry’s
answer
to the
FBI’s
most
wanted
list.
Both
Bulgarino
and
McAndrew
were
placed
on the
same
sort of
casino
cheater’s
list in
Nevada
in 2004.
Considered
to be
the
brains
behind
the slot
scam in
Nevada,
McAndrew
plotted
and
premeditated
his
plans
top
cheat
casinos
of slot
income,
while
his main
accomplice,
Bulgarino
helped
with the
actual
cheating.
There
are said
to be
other
possible
accomplices
in the
Las Vegas slot cheat ring that is responsible for a lost of over $6
million
from
more
than 6
Las Vegas
casinos.
The
casinos
involved
are the
Luxor,
Excaliber,
Circus
Circus,
Sahara,
Rio and
Harrah's.
The slot
machine
scandal
took
place
some ten
years
ago
between
1996 and
1997.
The
cheaters
are said
to have
utilized
a
hidden,
handheld
computer
to
unlawfully
program
slot
machines
to pay
out
jackpots
at the
cheat’s
convenience.
While
this
cheater’s
ring
happened
in Vegas
ten
years
ago, it
is still
hard to
believe
that
anyone
would
possibly
think
that
they
could
get away
with any
type of
ring for
ever. It
is not
known to
us what
took so
long for
New
Jersey
to
decide
to add
the two
players
to the
official
list of
excluded
casino
players,
but at
least
they are
on it.
A lot
has
happen
with
gambling
and
casinos
in the
past
decade,
too.
Now, we
have
online
casinos
and
online
gambling,
where
casino
game
players
can play
safely
and
securely
from
their
own
homes.
Land
based
casinos
now have
the most
sophisticated
casino
security
that no
player
could
dream of
doing
the
things
that
cheater’s
may have
been
able to
do in
the
past.
