It seems that Victor Chandler is always in the news, but not always in the good news. Chandler is an online gambling expert and is always looking for ways of expanding his online gambling empire.

Chandler is the leader of the pack when it comes to online gambling sites, having led the way to offshore online gambling. But he is always finding himself having run-ins with the local authorities, and his last escapade is no different.

This time Chandler has gotten the attention of the local �constabulary.� It has a lot to do with the fact that he is currently looking at online gambling partnerships in places like Spain to gain more growth for his ever expanding empire.

While Chandler insists he was not arrested he says that he was not taking bets from the French. He says he is always very careful about that, and that they have been going in there for the past six or seven years without any problems. However, they were accused of accepting the online gambling bets and had to go down to the police station to clear it up.

He says that even the police were aware that it was all a waste of time for they said that online gambling would be legal within a year, but they still have to go through the motions while it isn�t. Not that Chandler is a stranger to investigation and controversy � it is just that he only wants to be called on the carpet when he has actually done something wrong.
