Online Gambling Sites Protect Cheaters

It has come to the attention of many online gamblers that should you get caught cheating at one site, you simply move to another one. There is no sort of master list, or even a small list that would prevent you from playing online gambling anywhere except the online casino where you got caught cheating. Other players won�t know, no one will � so it is actually beneficial to those who choose to cheat.

Online gambling companies and online casinos will not release the information to anyone regarding people who have been caught cheating on their sites. Some say that this simply protects and enables the cheaters so that they can move to another site and do the exact same thing. However, others say that there are undoubtedly privacy issues involved.

However, if one is caught cheating, it would only make sense that they have violated the terms of the online casino and therefore have given up their rights to have any kind of privacy at all. It would also seem that by not releasing this information that the other sites may want their competition to get ripped off as well.

Experts say that in releasing a list of people who have been caught participating in cheating the online casino, it would seem a sign of weakness on behalf of the casino. They would assume that if someone else could cheat, then their site must not be as safe as they say it is. However, others say that it would open the door to those who might want to cheat, and knowing that the online casino has already had these problems the casino may become a target.

Either way, by protecting the names and identities of those that have cheated the online casino, they are simply hurting those that do not cheat. They are letting them know that they will not publish their name and therefore they can cheat until they get caught, and then simply move to the next one and do it again.
