Carlyle Gaming and Entertainment Ltd. announced that they are looking for expansion opportunities. The company said that they have almost completed the audit of their financial statement and will soon be fully reporting. This will enable them to move to a higher level of exchange so that they can pull in more investors. They are also looking into gaining a Canadian Listing and a an AIM or London Stock Exchange Listing.

They think that if they are able to expand their shareholder base and bring in more financing opportunities, they will be able to expand their online gambling presence as well. They say that as they get closer to their goal of doing so, they will be making more announcements letting people know what sorts of expansions they are considering.
