Phil Unabomber Laak displayed his awesome poker skills against jokers and poker aces in the finale of Poker Royale Comedians V. Pros. Laak won the event and took home the final pot of $50,000. The poker tournament came down to a wiry game between Laak and fellow poker pro Kathy Kolbert. Kolbert made her way to the finale by winning the second to last hand, but needed to quickly double up. On the final hand, Laak was the first to act with pocket 6s, then flopped three of a kind with a 6 - 4 - A, leaving her with pocket queens. After getting no help from the turn, she needed a queen on the river to stay afloat, but a 10 came up and Laak won the hand and event. Accompanying Laak and Kolberg at the final poker table were Linda Johnson - the third woman in poker history to win a World Series of Poker bracelet, Tammy Pescatelli from Last Comic Standing, Sue Murphy , and Mark Curry - from Showtime's Fat Actress. The poker event is part of GSN's Casino Night, airing every Friday at 10PM Eastern. Laak will be featured in the upcoming The James Woods Gang Vs.
