Internet Gambling Murders

Weeks ago we reported the deaths of Xi Zhou and Zhen Xing Yang, both 25, who were murdered in their flat at 8 Croydon Road, located in the West End of Newcastle. The couple was murdered on August 9th, and still they don�t have an accused.

The press had picked up on the fact that there was some illegal online gambling going on, and many said that it looked like there was a tie in between their deaths and the gambling. Detective Supt. Wage said that the police are following every avenue, but that yes, they think it might be possible that someone might have tried robbing them thinking that they had money because of the online gambling.

They think that motive is the real reason behind the lottery, but again, have no definite hold on any of it. Shu Zhen Qu, the mother of Zhen Xing Yang and Sanbao Zhou, the father of Xi Zhou arrived in the UK this past Sunday, in order to attend the funeral.

Mr. Zhou is distraught over his daughter�s death and says that they are going to do all they can to get her murderer. The parents of the victims are not resting until they feel that their children can rest in peace.

There are some concerns that perhaps a major criminal network may have put out a hit on the two because of the online gambling. They may have felt that they were encroaching on their territory, and eliminated them because of it.
