Online Gambling Hurts

Online gambling has been a hot spot of trouble for years now. There are those that think that online gambling should be legal as they feel that everyone has the right to do with their money what they want. Then there are those who think that by allowing online gambling you are only setting up certain parts of the population for failure. Both sides are very vocal and very vehement in their position.
One side of the coin argues that by allowing online gambling to be legal that you are bringing in additional revenue for the country. They say that they were going to play and be on online gambling anyway, so why not tax and regulate it so that there is a benefit coming from it. They say that by doing this you are also making it safer for those who are participating.
But those that are against online gambling say that there is no win for anyone. They say that whether it is regulated or not, you still have people losing money while gambling. They say that it is not up to those that have some form of online gambling weakness to fund the various programs in the US. They argue that there are numerous cases of those online gambling sites that are supposedly being regulated where people are being ripped off and cheated. They feel that this will simply continue on a larger scale should online gambling be regulated.
They have a valid point. If the casinos weren't going to make money off of the players, they wouldn't offer the games. The casinos win millions and millions of dollars off of online gambling patrons every year.
